Fluent restarted from "not responding", how do i continue?

cannot import case and data

i tried to import case and data file by

right click setup - import FLUENT case and data - browser

However when I select a ".cas.gz" file in the browser, Ansys says the name-matching ".dat.gz"...

Fluent restarted from "not responding", how do i continue?

Hi guys

So my Fluent which is running calculation encountered an "not responding" (judging from the last result file it wrote, it's been freezing for 40 minutes so I chose to force close it...
