try writing the reaction like this

O+CH2(S) <=> H2+CO

adding a space after CH2(S) and before H2.

Otherwise try
O+CH2(S) = H2+CO

Hi Bei,
I think the reactingFoam application might be more suitable for your case. Use that one, at least without any mofication. It should be ok for a turbulent reacting flow without sprays.
