maybe you could not downloaded it because the extension of the file is .unk but save that file and decompress it the usual way

tar -xzvf netgenNeutralToFoam-236.unk

The netgenNeutralToFoam converter seems to be working fine now.

Is there a way to tell the converter to put the files at the constant/polyMesh directory?
