Use either max or min function to extract x/or...

Use either max or min function to extract x/or y/or z_max/ or min point of the wing. then plot the position of this point.

I think you can use Mesh morphing or overset grid...

I think you can use Mesh morphing or overset grid to give the wing a specific moyion.
