For anyone else who has the same sort of problem,...

For anyone else who has the same sort of problem,

I found that patchTool in OF-1.4-dev and earlier does the job, even if it's a bit tedious for finer meshes.

Is there some tool or method of defining patches on my geometry?

autoPatch doesn't gives me the right patches as the patches I want to define are not easily recognisable using different...
