did you set chemistry on in chemistryProperties?

If it doesnt burn you reactions are too slow.
That means that its either turned off or
that the reaction rate constant in chem.inp is too low.

result, it sounds like it already has gone wrong there.

Remove the last result directory and restart from an earlier...

and upwind for all variables.
