Rather you want to check if

abs(x-y)<=epsilon
where epsilon is...

I would do this:-

forAll(X.boundaryField(), patchi)

forAll(X.boundaryField()[patchi],celli)
{
if(Y.boundaryField()[patchi][celli]==0)
