If you are asking whether mesh quality can cause overflow errors, the answer is yes, it can. That is why improving mesh quality is always a good thing to do.

Well, don't stop there. Keep turning the heat transfer modell and any other models off until you find it. This means the problem is in your basic setup somewhere, not he advanced models you have used.

From a quick look I cannot see anything obviously wrong with it. Try running it with buoyancy turned off and see if it goes. Then try turning your radiation model off, then all the other models one...

You cannot be sure the error is in the buoyancy settings, but I would certainly start checking there. Also you could turn the buoyancy off and see if it runs with out buoyancy.
