Yes, you can delete it. I have done it many times.

Also you can disable generation of the default domain so it starts with no domains defined so this might make things easier.

You delete the default domain and regenerate your own which only includes the ones you want - leave out the ones you do not want.

You do not need to delete it. Just don't use it...

You do not need to delete it. Just don't use it for anything and then it will not be included in the def file.
