In 3D for keeping the 2.6% open ratio you need...

In 3D for keeping the 2.6% open ratio you need 145 holes with ø2mm.
What would be your geometry in 2d?

do you want your flow entering directly from...

do you want your flow entering directly from holes, or do you want an upstream flow with shrinkage at holes?
what is the dimensions of your perforated plate?
