of course Paraview accepts VTK format, that's why I convert my FOAM files into VTK.
But without OpenFOAM, I don't know how

My suggestion: *if possible export your mesh as...

My suggestion:
*if possible export your mesh as *.msh file (fluent)
*import and convert your model in OpenFOAM
*export the initial guess in VTK format
But it needs linux architecture for OpenFOAM...
