Hi Emreg,

What system are you using, i.e. OS and graphics card.

Have you tried switching off the graphics card to see if the problem still occurs?

If using an ATI card: disable 'Catalyst...

If using an ATI card:

disable 'Catalyst A.I.' and 'Geometry Instancing' and set the bar to all the way to the left for the rest of the 3D settings

or simply disable the card in device manager...

Tested solution above for both ANSYS 12.1 & 13. It didn't solve the issue.

Local HPMPI and other components are running fine.

Hi guys,

I think I've isolated the problem to be a compatibility issue using workbench in windows 7 with an ATI card. Let me know if it's the same you all.
