yes, but in the place where it says 3D streamline, click on it and choose surface streamlines. Then choose streamlines of wall shear, and choose black color for them. You may also choose equally...

They are wall shear streamlines, but I don't know if you can gaet it in FLUENT or not. But in CFDPost you can do it.
