If you have access to fluent,

If you have access to fluent, just load the .msh and save it as .cas.
Otherwise you could try to rename the .msh in .cas and cross your fingers! The main difference between the two is the boundary...

foamDataToFluent, as the name

foamDataToFluent, as the name says, exports only the data files.
You need to run foamMeshToFluent as well.
