As flotus and I (in the first answer) said, you should put all the parts in one (then you can even rename each of the sub-part). Otherwise fluent create walls and you have to define them in MESH...

In the last picture I see that the zone near the circumference has a different colour, and in the Geometry there's a solid and a fluid zone... in the first picture there was only fluid, are you sure...
