liftDrag area calculation for force computation is non-trivial. Please make sure that if you are working on a 2D case, the domain length in the third direction is reasonable. See Hrv's comment here...

You are correct. However my computations are for laminar flows. For turbulent flows you need to include the contribution from turbulent viscosity.
