The solver you are using is inherently steady...

The solver you are using is inherently steady state, so there is no point continuing the simulation after it has converged - even if you would run it for 1000 more iterations, the solution will not...

Which solver are you using, and what do you mean by 'stop' (i.e. crashes, or exits without errors)?
