What happened exactly when you ran ./Allwmake?...

What happened exactly when you ran ./Allwmake? What was the error message if you got any? Were you able to run any other OpenFOAM commands in the same shell?

The executable name is "blockMeshDG"...

In principle any where, but I like to put it in OpenFOAM/user-2.0.x/applications/utilities/. After you extracted the files, run the Allwmake script once and then you can use the utility.
