Unless you accidentally used the inviscid model...

Unless you accidentally used the inviscid model or a fluid with (nearly) zero viscosity or free slip wall boundary conditions at the walls, I have no idea what could cause the error.

How high is the pressure drop you would expect...

How high is the pressure drop you would expect for your setup?
And is the pressure really EXACTLY the same at the inlet?
