I do all thing that u said .... I gave telorance for Merge the node
that is not good So when I give automatic tolerance the problem solved.
just volume orientation error...

I want to Rotate one Blade 7 times to produce one single Propeller.

I tried to have Full Structure mesh on one blade and rotate it

But My Problem is here that when i Rotate i have...
