Thank you very much for your reply Bruno. I found the problem now. It is because of my "blockMeshDict" file. I did a mistake with my vertices.

snappyHexMesh ignores refinement regions

Hello all,

I trying to add refinement regions to my mesh by using snappyHexMesh but for some reason it doesn't let me do that.

You can see my "blockMeshDict" and "snappyHexMeshDict" files...
