Conversion of Velocity into Pressure

Hi,
How to convert velocity of air into pressure.... i.e Ø4mm , V=50m/s...This is need of specify the B.C Stagnation inlet in CCM+..i see in web Pstagnation= Pstatic+((rho*v2)/2)...how could i find the pstatic value in theoritically. Thanyou
