pardon me if i don't make myself describle the problem clearly since i'm not a native speaker. Also if I am missing information or this is the incorrect place to post, please let me know.
the issue which had bothered me a few days is that when i open STAR-CCM+, a popup shows up displayed below:

My attempts to resolve the issue:
1.reinstall star-ccm+
2.i had asked one of my peers who know something about java. he said it might be the problem of false setting of the envirnoment configuration. So i reset the configuration.
both failed.
so I really appreciate in advance any help!
