Hi all,
I did a 2D-axi cfd simulation of a flow past a sphere and am now interested in doing some finite volume stress modeling. I exported some parameters in a table (xy plane): c1: data c2: x values c3: y values c4: z=0 I created a field function to interpolate those, and apply it to my surface boundary condition (3D 1/4 of the sphere). I ran the simulation and expected a uniform axisymetric temperature field but it seems star ccm+ didn't project correctly my values. I tried adding more data by copying everything but changing x,y,z in the same table (on the x-z plane, z = y initial values, and y = 0) to have the same field at 90°. I still don't get an axisymmetric result. Did anyone have this kind of issue already? |
