Hello
Well, I've come from years of using openfoam for the STAR, and I'm having a pretty hard time getting a porous medium into a 2D case. In openFoam I can only define vectors (cells) where I want the porous medium, so I tried the same thing in STAR, I made a box and defined it to be that region as porous, but it always generates errors because the selected region is 3D. Can anyone here help how to define the porous medium for 2D cases? Or a web tutorial |

If I get it right - you need 2D Region first: https://www.youtube.com/results?sear...star-ccm%2B+2d
