Hello,

I use an interface mixing plane (interface 2) and I have the following message displayed in the Windows output:

BoundaryCircumferentialBinManager:reProcessBound ary<3>: pre-processing INLET_1 [Interface 2]
BoundaryCircumferentialBinManager:reProcessBound ary<3>: pre-processing INLET_11 [Interface 2]
unequal bin count detected, setting nBins = 39
BoundaryCircumferentialBinManager:reProcessBound ary<3>: pre-processing INLET_1 [Interface 2]
BoundaryCircumferentialBinManager:reProcessBound ary<3>: pre-processing INLET_11 [Interface 2]
39 bins on boundary-0 "INLET_1 [Interface 2]"
39 bins on boundary-1 "INLET_11 [Interface 2]"
initializing transforms on boundary "INLET_1 [Interface 2]"...
initializing transforms on boundary "INLET_11 [Interface 2]"...
Calculating grid flux in region Volume Mesh:VOLUME1
Calculating grid flux in region Volume Mesh:VOLUME2

Does anyone know what it means ''unequal bin count detected, setting nBins = 39'' ? Is it critical ?

Thank you for your help

I suspect it has something to do with how the interface is mapped. I wouldn't worry about it unless your simulation crashes or these are displayed in red in the output window.
