Help with a container filled half with water

Hi there! i'm trying to do an analysis of a joule machine, which in my case will be filled half with water and the other half with air. the turbine that spins around the container, obviously will be coverer half by water and half by air. I really don't know if star ccm can do this stuff, if this is possible could you please give me some hints to do it? My idea is to find the torque necessary to make the turbine spin at an w value of angular speed.

Well, I can't see any reasons why it shouldn't be possible with star-ccm+. My first shot would be a steady-state simulation (moving reference frame) with the VOF model. Make a try and let us know when it doesn't work.

I am here wondering if anyone here update with complete information about rainwater tanks. I want to install water tanks at my home. Please suggest me that I have to install rainwater tanks on ground or underground.
