Default how to cool surface with fluid

hi all, i want to model a problem where i need to cool a region with a fluid, like if the fluid is coming from nozzle, and then comes to the surface of a region blow it, how can i simulate this ? is there a possibility of simulating the coolant as flux or something ? any ideas
