Gas-film interface condition converged to wrong point

Hi everybody,

I'm doing an ice-simulation with injection & no combustion (Star 4.20) and in the .info file I get:

***Warning 657: Gas-film interface condition converged to wrong point ( 1) times.

Time step is 0.1 and and I'm running a 3000 rpm. Max Res Tolerance is 0.001. MAx no. of corrector stages is 40. under rel for press corr. is 0.5
I am applying wall film calculation to boundaries valve1 face & stem, valve4 face & stem, cylinder wall and piston crown. I am using the k-Epsilon/High Reynolds number turbulence model. The boundary at the intake port is inlet(mass flow as it is miller cycle) and temperature taken from 1D model. Has anyone experienced this problem before, and if so can you please let me know what the solution is.
