Error Summary for Saving Geometry file

Is there someone to help me for STAR-CD4.14 64bit? When I save the Geometry File, Error Number 251, description as Error writing file is occured. because of this error I cannot go up.
Simulation for: Diesel Spray in cylindrical grid. I am using Intel(R) Visual Fortran Compiler on Windows os. Also I cannot create .ccmp file in the working directory. Please help me all.. How can I overcome this probelms. |

Naraa, what operating system are you using? STAR-CD usually does not return errors with numbers. WINDOWS does and the FLEXLM license manager does also. If you are running it on 64 bit WINDOWS, my suggestion is to look up WINDOWS error 251. It can be caused by trying to write your geometry file while WINBACKUP is running. Try stopping WINBACKUP and see if it works.
