When I'm using SU2 to calculate, it says " The solution contains 536 non-physical points".
And as the calculation proceed, the non-physical points became more and more, and it will stop the calculation suddenly.
What result in this problem? And how can I solve it ?

Thank you!

If this occurs on the first evaluation, before any grid deformation has been done then it is a problem with the input mesh and you should investigate your mesh quality prior to proceeding.

If this occurs after a deformation step, then it is due to the mesh deformation step not being able adjust the volume mesh to the new deformed surface. This is most likely solved by either tweaking the deformation settings (see the config_template.cfg file in the SU2/ directory for the relevant options) or improving mesh quality. For viscous meshes the DEFORM_STIFFNESS_TYPE setting of either volume-based or wall-distance based is recommended due to the small volumes near the wall. You can set DEFORM_CONSOLE_OUTPUT to yes to get more information about the progress of the deformation which is helpful for resolving this type of problem.

I occasionally get similar if I use too high an initial CFL number or too high a value for the 2nd order limiter coefficient. If its not a mesh issue as above then maybe try reducing the timestep and running initially first order.
