Hi,
I want to introduce a new least square subroutine like the available one. Can you please tell what changes I need to do while adding it? Also I would like to consider more neighbour points to calculate gradient.
Thanks.

I would start in solver_direct_mean.cpp and start at CEulerSolver::SetPrimitive_Gradient_LS(CGeometry *geometry, CConfig *config) (line 4681). There has been work done in this area.
