Hello friends,
the problem is: there is a 2D domain (square for example) which i need to simule the temperature (heat transfer) through it using a matlab code. well when we run the code (the data updated every time unit"iteration"), at the end we will obtain a contour of Temperature. I would like to know the way i could export this data (temperature contour) from matlab to tecplot in order to make a post-processing using the mat2tecplot code. i tried it many times but it didnt work. Can anyone give me the code to do that???Thank you |

Hi lbmagis,
We have some example code for writing data from MATLAB to Tecplot *.plt here. (http://www.tecplot.com/blog/2014/07/...s-matlab-data/) I am not sure that this will help with the formatting the data from an iteration perspective. Please send me your code and I can see if I can trouble shoot it. d.rittenberg@tecplot.com. Durrell |
