Hello,
It's been a few months since I've been on here, but I ran into an issue that I can't seen to resolve alone. There are elements missing from the smooth trailing edge of one of my turbomachinery blades. It's not a mappable face, and I've tried refining near the edge to regain the elements. The image, below, [hopefully] shows what I mean by "missing" elements. Any suggestions? |

Does the image show the refined mesh?
If the smooth trailing edge is resolved with only one cell, then the geometry is not well represented, no matter if there are missing cells or not. Your options are to refine the mesh further or to change the geometry to make it meshable with soch coarse cells. |
