[ICEM] Quick 3D mesh question -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

hob New Member Jimmi Join Date: Dec 2012 Posts: 11 Rep Power: 13	Hi all, I have a simple question but cannot seem to find the answer. I am attempting to mesh a simplified car geometry, structured in 3D. I have seen o-grid mentioned for wings etc and the generated mesh looks good. Is an o-grid a structured or unstructed? Secondly I have an IGES model, the only way in my block that seems to come close to the correct association is face to surface. Is this the correct method for 3D blocking? Many thanks, Hob
