Problem with prism layer

Hello,
I am creating an hybrid mesh right now. Unfortunately I have some problems with the prism layers. The set value of 30 layers is not always reached and decreases to the edge (left and right) and also sometimes in the middle of the surface (see attached image). Any ideas? Thank you very much. |

No, it is 3d. I try to mesh a 30° section of a sinusoidal surface.
