cinwendy is on a distinguished road
Hi all,

I am new to CFD and am learning ANSYS DM. Can any kind soul please tell me when and why I must create a plan and then a sketch for almost every new line I intended to draw? By following the tutorials I still don't get that how and how far it will negatively affect the later steps (surface/solid generation/operations), will it? I have little experience with simple CAD drawing but it doesn't help at all.

Thank you in advance!
