I want to mesh the tube side fluids of a shell and tube exchanger that it has 472 tubes with 32 mm diameter and about 3000 mm length.
this exchanger has some details that i can't use symmetry.
I'm using a HP computer with 16 cores cpu and 32 GB ram.
It's meshing process with this computer was run by multi zone and 10 mm element size setting but it's meshing after 3 days was not completed.
please help me about meshing method and settings for this mesh

Test that your size settings are ok for the case by creating a mesh for just one tube. Moreover, you should probably mesh your volume in several smaller parts instead of just pushing the yellow lightning symbol.

If the mesh is not ready in three days, it is probably not going to look that nice. I would guess that the program is trying to create a mesh consisting of tens if not hundreds of millions individual cells, which is most likely a case of overbombing.

Multizone should do the job quite well but be vary about the choice between tetrahedral and hexahedral cells, which can both be created with the method.
