hi dear all
i have one spillway, i want mesh using gambit, Note that the overflow spillway is a curved surface, please advise me , how do this meshing? note taht my geometry spillway consist of small edges.

As you know in cfx meshing we have one ability called inflating for higher accuracy in curve surfaces, in gambit in curve surfaces we What should we do?
please help me
thanks a lot

-mAx- will become famous soon enough
do you need all your small edges?
you can merge them.
At then you get a curved surfaces without small edges.

What do you want to do exactly with the "inflation" ? (BL?)

dear max
i have 2d model geometry in autocad that obtained upon experimenal results, i drawing 3d model in autocad, brcause drawing with gambit is difficult, i very spending time for do this, whether dont exist way that i meshing With these conditions?( without merge small edge) i try multiple mesh my model but get error, other question is inflate in gambit? are we should using create boundary layer?
dear max , Would you recommend using Gambit or i using othar software like: cfx mesh, icem,.....
thanks a lot

what kind of error do you receive?
Your inflation can be done with the BL tool in Gambit.
