Hi everyone,

I'm a beginner in Aqwa and i'm currently struggling with meshing a geometry. I have designed the geometry with Solidworks, generated a mesh in a Aqwa and tried to solve hydrodynamics to see if everything was okay.

Aqwa reports the following error : ratio of the areas of adjacent elements must be less than 0.333.

I tried to adjust element size and defeaturing tolerance of my mesh but couldn't find a solution. Where can I check the ratios of adjacent elements areas ? How to avoid this error message ?

Regards,
Antoine

Edit : The solution seems to be quite simple, just check "YES" for "Ignore modelling rule violations" in "Analysis settings". I think this is called the GOON option, and with that the analysis runs normally.
