convergence problem

Hi All,
My model can converge with just tet mesh but when I add the 3 layer prism mesh it can not converge. the quality of the mesh after smoothing is 0.26.Model is a bifurcation with one inlet and two similar outlets. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

The correct answer to this question would depend a lot on your solver, physics, bocos, etc. But you haven't given any info.

I recommend that you ask the question again with more info and probably ask the on the solver side of CFD-Online also.
