I am learning ICEM-CFD v12.1 using the tutorial.
Presently I am trying to Volume Mesh(unstructured) a 3Dpipe with blade. After constructing the geometry defining the parts i a unable to mesh the volume as the volume mesh option is deactivated. Check the figure below. I dont know if this problem is due to the limitation in my license or my geometry definition. What could be the possible issue? |

Have you created a volume part in the geometry? That's all I can think of unless it is a licensing issue or something.

You said you are learning ICEM CFD 12.1. But, on your picture, it is written 11.0.
So you may have the license for 12.1, but not for 11.0. P.S: if you don't create a volume part, ICEM would do it for you. |
