ICEM CFD Prism Mesh Generation Problem with Ansys 12.0 & windows 7 OS

Thanks in Advance , I have problem to generate Prism layer after volume mesh generated , software giving error of prism.exe in my system with Ansys 12.0 & Operating system Windows 7.
The same layer can be generated with Ansys 12.0 & windows XP system.
Is there any probelm due to Operating system or may be error in installation of software ???

While it is true that Version 12.0 was released before and therefore never tested on Windows 7, if you get the same problem with XP, it is probably not an OS issue.

But without any more info about the setup or the error, I can't really help.
