Hello,

What I want to do should be very easy, but I can't find a way to do it.

I have a specific surface with a WSS contour plot. All I want to do is output a txt file with the coordinates of each facet centroid and the WSS value at that facet.

Any advice?

Thanks,

Vitaly

If you are using CFD-Post, the way I would use is:
- insert a plane at the location where you are interested in the WSS values
- file --> export
- under Locations, select the Plane and select the variables on the bottom... which would be X,Y,Z, and the Wall Shear values you are interested in

Thanks for the reply...

That is I have been doing, but I would like to be able to loop over a face in a UDF and get the values so that I could use them in the UDF.

Thanks,

Vitaly
