Default Problem diverges when exhaust valve opens

Hello everyone,
I'm using Fame Engine Plus to simulate a 4 valve gasoline engine. The meshing works fine, but the solver diverges right when the exhaust valves open. Could anybody help me please with where I'ld have to look for the error?
