I want to set up the grid system in the prostar, at first, I create four closed splines with two vertices at each end and add some fixed vertices on each of splines. Then I want to create shell with PATCH command. Then the problem is that I could not divide the patch with the cell that just passing through those fixed vertices. Should I do PATCH command one by one?

If you want to match exactly a vertex on a spline then you need to mark those vertices with a negative sign (used for discontinuities) and the prostar does its best to match these vertices:
