I have a mesh built in ICEMCFD by one-layer extrusion from plain quad mesh. It contains two adjacent regions of different matherial. The verteces at the interface are the same for both blocks. But STAR-CD mesh check detects crack at the interface and the boundary tool shows two different surfaces there. Does anybody know how to repare this in ICEM or in STAR-CD? Thanks
