Hi
i did my analysis using Low Reynolds number K-e model. i got the Yplus value varying .5 to 3. but limitation of the K-e model is valid for yplus value in the particular range 20 to 100. i am not interested to provide a coarse mesh in near wall region (around the solid Cylinder(fin)). because i want to predict the boundray layer seperation. then how to go further. This kind of Problem may i use wall function May i neglect the Yplus value. Can you suggest me any other turbulent model for this kind of problem. |
