no convergence!!!

Hi everyone , I have a weird problem... my results are not converging even after the residuals go below the max tolerance....I`m using SMPISO whith residual tolerance of 1e-4. Any help is greatly appreciated......

give up the residual tolerance, and translate to the average mass/heat flux on import section
