This can be that you model has no surfaces in some place between materials. I think you must check your model.

Another way of saying what deLuther just said is there is a hole in your model. A material point must be completely bounded by surfaces, with no holes. (The octree meshing approach can handle gaps up to about the mesh element size, but it is best to have no gaps at all if possible.) Glenn |
